The new 'gaslighter' module includes functionalities to register orphan Harmony versions into Bip. The code accommodates functionality to validate Harmony scenes and versions, and associates them with the right items on Bip. It also includes a simple user interface for managing these tasks. Additionally, updates are made in the .gitignore file, constants are set, and README is updated to reflect these changes. A new license file is also added.
