🎨 Refactor import sound logic for Harmony integration.

Replaced the old sound import method with Harmony's ImportAudioSettings for better control and clarity. Added a new insertion frame parameter and removed unused code for a cleaner implementation. Updated the error handling for sound replacement with a clear message and placeholder for future implementation.
