[Media builder] The wrong quicktime is shown in shotgrid

Sometime when submitting to shotgrid using the media builder the resulting submission is wrong.

The quicktime you can view in shotgrid is the quicktime from another shot submitted earlier.

heres an example of submission:

The quicktime shown in the wrong submission is from a shot I submited earlier (2h prior) I closed the media builder in the mean time and media builder was showing me the correct info before submitting.
