[Media builder] Submit quicktimes to Shotgrid

User story

As an artist I need to create QuickTime and independently submit them to shotgun at a later date.

Current workflow

• Drag and drop image sequence in Media Builder Manager
• Create movies but don't select Shotgrid or
• Create QuickTime from DCC
• Manually upload to Shotgrid in webbrowser

Suggested workflow

• In media builder allow .mov and .mp4 to be dragged and dropped

• Disable movie transcode options

• Allow Send to dailies, movies and shotgrid

• Quicktime is recognised by bip:

  • The movie gets copy to the selected destinations
  • The movie gets submitted to shotgrid

• Quicktime is not recognised by bip:

  • User can select Item, Step, and type variant
  • The movie gets renamed
  • The movie gets copied to the selected destinations
  • The movie gets submitted to shotgrid
  • If the QuickTime was made using Media Builder earlier, the frames used to create the QuickTime gets associated to the submission
