[Launcher] The Bubble is out of screen after changing monitor resolution

It looks like the bubble doesnt get moved when you changed the screen resolution, so the bubble gets out of screen.

Steps: -set screen resolution to something @big@ (ex 1920x1600)

• place the bubble at the edge of the screen
• set screen resolution to something small (ex: 1600x1280)
• you cant see the bubble anymore
