[Texture Manager] Create tool

User story
As a lookdev artist I would like a tool to aid artists in importing and updating the textures
Detailed problematic
As a lookdev artist it would be good to have something similar to the scene manager, to easily see which textures are available for use, and what is currently in the scene. We would also like to be able to import textures and update to a different version with ease, with the correct colourspace and the correct udim. The current workflow is a slow process, so this tool would save us time.
Current workflow
- Export textures from substance / photoshop
- Rename files and Save them on the server
- Import each image from within modo
- Use toolbag "set colorspace"
- Add the image to the shader tree
- Set the correct effect
Suggested workflow
- Open Ingestor
- Ingest images to the correct place on the server
- Open texture manager in modo
- Import all textures needed

Is this naming convention still supposed to be in practice, as it is not currently used: https://doc.blinkink.co.uk/books/bip-development/page/texture-publisher
-
Commonly used by Dorianne: Adding effect before suffix

Can we add size to the file name?

The UI will be populated by the different names found in the textures file of the Step and Variant of the modo scene. Therefore if you wish to work on LOOKDEV dirty, work in that scene.
